The Republicans are masters at clouding the issues, and distraction is their main tool. We also know that they hold the goods on pretty much every politician, and release their dogs when it is politically advantageous.

Susan Faludi worte a book entitled 'backlash' which sounded an alarm at the coming backlash against women and feminism in our society.

It was kinda hard to believe that we would see a backslide, considering the accomplishes of the feminist movement over the last few decades.

She was right.
